Bad Internet and Shower
Internet Wifi is terrible, I can't call someone from WhatsApp or I can't watch something from streaming services. Bathroom was terrible, I don't know which year we are in but there should not be curtains in bathtub. Even bathtub needs to be changed with the shower. These 2 topics were my disappointment. Other than bad things, breakfast was great. People speaks English and very helpful.

The hotel is great, staff was excellent, room was great, however the AC was little noisy, the bath tub was tight and difficult to stand, the water control in shower was not great, water was very hot, could burn if not properly controlled.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is over-the-top hospitable and accommodating.
We loved the Saudi coffee as you enter the foyer was a special touch. The pool was lovely. The room was spotless. Would stay here again!!

The bathroom felt confined, like it was an afterthought that was squeezed into a corner, which it was. The plastic shower curtain kept coming towards me and sticking to my body when I showered. The bathtub was small and very narrow. Replace this antiquated set up with a walk in, glass wall shower.

I’ve stayed at alot of Intercontinental hotels around the world,and I love the company, but this hotel is very disappointing looks nothing like pictures. It’s really old in person staff some where nice and some where rude.

Leaking ceiling. Weak air conditioning. Peeling bathroom paint. No way to turn off lamps without removing plugs from wall.

The staff where friendly, however the room was stuffy and not properly ventilated and the AC requires maintenance and not giving clean air. Also the position of the AC isn’t convenient.
But again staff where excellent especially the concierge team very helpful

Great location and excelent amenities. Room did feel damp because of the aircon and also pigeon poo all over my balcony so would be good if they could clean it as it looked like it had been their a while.
