Room comfortable and quite. Good WIFI. The fitness room is well equipped. Swimming pool is small and need to be renewed. Breakfast offers a large choice. You can park your car in front of the hotel.

Exceptional staff

Exceptional staff with a welcoming Manager who arranged a private tour of Jeddah for us. The Assistant Manager, Ahmed, was very helpful, taking time to personally show us sights in Jeddah. The Bellmen were attentive to our needs and the restaurant staff prepared a wonderful Iftar meal. Very enjoyable stay.

Old hotel needs improvement

Old Hotel, really need to have improvement on bathroom and decoration. Old and slow elevator/lift. Buffet breakfast is ok, nothing fancy. Instant Nescafe coffee. Nothing really close to the hotel.

Amateur people managing the hotel

The infrastructure of the hotel eas ok, however the people managing the hotel has no idea at all. The people at the desk was not able to indicate how to arrive to historic centre of Jeddah, the rooms were made only if you ask explicitly to do them, the electronic key for the room has to be set up again everyday, the restaurant has only one paper menu which was shared among all the tables of the restaurant and people attending it...
