I stayed 3 night and there ware so many people making noises in the hallway and lobby even in the restaurant every night!

The room was not very clean. I found hair on the towels and into the sink. Then dust on the hairdryer. The hotel is good, but these details can make the difference.

The staff was very helpful specifically housekeeping attendant Alhaj Miah. He worked hard to provide us with the appropriate charger and adapter for our cell phone type, very respectful and hospitable.

One of the best hotels that we stayed in. The ambience, decor, cleanliness, comfort and service were par excellence. We will plan to stay here every time we visit Jeddah. Our stay was very short, one night but will plan for a longer stay next time.

Nice place for layovers or quick trips, close to airport and major areas. Only thing needing fixing is the hotel itself smells beautiful but the odor inside the rooms don’t match that. That’s what should be fixed otherwise good and nice breakfast.

Very convenient property to stay at if you need stay near Jeddah airport. The airport is barely 15 min drive away and the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle on the hour every hour. The property itself is clean, modern and very comfortable. The room is furnished to a high level and the sound proofing is good enough to keep the surrounding Road noise levels down. The Mall of Arabia is about a 10 min taxi ride away and has plenty of dining and shopping options.
