Jazirat Al Hamra Fishing Village

We highly recommend this hotel for a weekend staycation. Very convenient place, it is close to the Healthcare City Metro Station, Wafi Mall and Creek Park. The staff are amazing, breakfast is great & the room is clean, spacious & comfortable and we’ve tried the calming sauna as well. Special thanks to Kristine for giving us the room at the high floor facing the creek and park - the view is spectacular and for the late check out. Thanks to Chef Diane, Ngu Wah & the whole breakfast team for their excellent customer service. To the Nysa Reception team: Tharaka, Susmitha, Cindy & most specially to Abigail for showing us the amenities at 2nd floor. Last but not least, thanks to the housekeeping team during our stay. Booked 2 room with King Bed for 2 nigths, received twin beds on both rooms. Up receiving room, the sofa is wet. ruin the mood as clothes got wet. TV not working in one room, Casting is feels unsafe. Somebody might be able to cast adult content and I got kids. There is a chance that TV will show content from someone accidentally by cast in our room. i can see 14 option to cast my content, could be similar to other guests. took few calls / reminders before getting support for wet sofa and TV. Number of towels can be anticipated. 6 guest for 2 rooms, only 4 towels total. came to celebrate 2 kids birthday, received one cake. 11:22pm, kids are sleeping, received a delivery of water which we didn't request. sent mail during our 1st night to: CDD - Guest relations, grcdd@chr.co.th, no reply until we checked out.
