"Staff are great, took care of us. The experience was applied by the lobby restaurant and bar. Firstly, it's a bar, but doesn't serve alcohol??? Some food on menu was not available. The band in the bar was TERRIBLE. Very loud drumming, we got up and left, far better food options in the mall downstairs "

"I was amazed with all the service. Keep up the excellent work. All staff are very helpful. I’d like to stay there near my brother’s house until I flight back to USA. But the room was fulled and I have to check out and find another hotel. I came to this area for my brother’s viewing and funeral in Cibubur. My heart is heavy and grieving for the loss of my brother, but I was helped and comfort by the service of this hotel. Thank you for always clean up my bed and give a new towels. Thank you for helping for my laundry also to keep my luggages there while I have to check out and went to Church on Sunday morning. Thank you so much for everything. "It's quite a nice hotel and was an ideal location for me, but the room was a bit dirtier than I was expecting and I did have some issues with air conditioning that made for some longer night. Overall however, for the price I would still recommend this hotel."
