"Vehicle access is weird with something like a porte cochere on the first floor. Pedestrian access is stranger with the simplest being to go to the car park and walk out through its vehicle access. We arrived before check-in time and, whereas many hotels will let you check in early if your room is ready, we were firmly told that check in was not until 2pm. The towels in the bathroom were a bit grey. We had dinner at the hotel and service was very slow. Despite that, when my meal arrived, it was cold."
