Room was amazing we was kindly upgraded by the lovely receptionist not sure of her name but she was really nice as was all the staff.Hotel was of an exceptionally high standard from cleanliness to the delicious food in the restaurant.Beautiful beach within a stones throw as was the train station and the hotel pool was huge and very well maintained.Dom Zdrowjy Jastarnia is in all truth the nicest hotel I have stayed at and I've visited a few over the years.Would definitely return!

Uniquely located on the beach

I stayed at Dom Zdrojowy Resort & Spa for two nights in the mid of October. The location of the hotel is very privileged compared to all the other hotels in Jastarnia. It’s right on the beach of the Baltic Sea and in the middle of the forest. The rooms are renovated and fully equipped apart from slippers and toiletries. The spa and swimming pool are not renovated but well maintained. The only thing that bothered me is that the swimming pool area has been turned into a kids water park so you can’t swim or relax in the jacuzzi. Wide variety of foods and drinks in the breakfast. Vegans can also have breakfast here. I tried the mushroom soup at the restaurant but didn’t like it at all. It was Watery and flavorless. The staff was polite and efficient. I would definitely return to the hotel due to its unique location.

The property is situated steps from the beach and the Main Street with all the restaurants/attractions. This is a family resort and has many kids activities daily. It also has an awesome indoor pool. There are chairs, towels, etc. available at the beach for guest and a little snack bar setup. The breakfasts are plentiful. Definitely a great resort, very convenient. We will be returning.

It is a beautiful vacation place! The resort is located on the beach, somewhat secluded but conveniently close to town. Every staff member was kind and helpful. Our room was upgraded at no extra cost and the check out was extended to accommodate our spa treatment schedule. The staff goes beyond and above to make your stay as comfortable and stress less as possible. Thank you! We will definitely return.

Zaleta hotelu to jego bliskość z morzem. Bardzo smaczne jedzenie, zarówno śniadania jak i obiadokolacje. Alternatywa dla kapryśnej pogody, wewnętrzny basen. Niestety były też minusy w postaci niepełnego wyposażenia pokoju, który został przygotowany na 2 a nie na 4 osoby. Na szczęście szybko zostały uzupełnione. Ponadto spotkał mnie długi czas oczekiwania na zameldowanie mimo tego ze stałem sam przy recepcji. Panie byly mocno zaabsorbowane wyjaśnianiem popełnionego błędu z meldunkiem poprzednika i musiałem swoje odczekać.

Dom Zdrojowy hotell veldig bra!

Var veldig koselig! Få ansatte kunne engelsk, så kommunikasjon var et problem, der få brosjyrer var kun på polsk(spabrosjyrer). Fasilitetene på hotellet var veldig bra, spesielt i spa avdelingen. Hotellet lå sentralt i en koselig bygd, med flere flotte strender tilgjengelig. Ellers var oppholdet veldig fint, men ikke unikt eller perfekt(har opplevd bedre). Ønsker å reise dit i framtiden, men heller for en lengre periode, enn kun en helg.

Poprawnie, ale bez "wow!"

Obiekt położony wspaniale - nad samą plażą. Wielkość obiektu trochę przerosła architektów - aby znaleźć dany pokój, czy salę, należy przejść istny labirynt. Pokoje ponumerowane niezbyt intuicyjnie (np. pok. 4xx jest na 3-m piętrze, podobnie jak niektóre pokoje nr 3xx). Wiele drobiazgów, wcale nie wymagających wielkich nakładów od właściciela - do poprawy (odklejające się literki/cyferki na drogowskazach do pomieszczeń, brak chusteczek i dodatkowych poduszek w pokojach), trwający remont dość niechlujnie odgrodzony od aktywnych pomieszczeń. Pomieszczenie z basenem i saunami, też mogłoby (grą świateł? roślinnością?) mieć bardziej przytulną, chilloutową atmosferę, a nie przypominać miejskiej pływalni. Recepcja hotelu nie potrafi wskazać za jakie zabiegi, i czy z uwzględnieniem rabatu zostały wrzucone do rachunku ? ("ja mam tu tylko rachunek"). Obsługa pięter uprzejma. Generalnie - jeśli obiekt ma aspiracje do bycia Spa z prawdziwego zdarzenia, to powinien bardziej się postarać. Naprawdę niewiele trzeba, żeby było super, a tak... jest jedynie: poprawnie.

Ein toller Familienurlaub

Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub an der polnischen Ostsee... das einzigste worauf man vllt. noch achten sollte bei deutschen Urlaubern ist das man deutsches Info-Material im Zimmer hat und evtl. Auch deutsche Sender (Fernseher). Ansonsten gibt es von unserer Seite her nix zu bemängeln, auch der Wellnessbereich war sehr gut. Alle waren sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Die Lage ist optimal direkt am Meer, die Zimmer wirklich geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Trevligt hotell nära att surfspots

Hotellet var en perfekt vistelse för mig och mina vänner att bo på i Jastarnia kite och vindsurfing. Vi hade en perfekt middag på tak-restaurangen och vi hade en underbar dag på stranden. För oss var stället utmärkt lokaliserat för sportaktiviteter och var frukosten utmärkt.
