"The room was great. It had 2 separate bedrooms with bathroom and a pull out sofa and a full kitchen with dishes. The ice maker in the freezer never made ice but other than that had a good experience. The complimentary breakfast was good. Has a basketball court, pool (that was getting cleaned during my stay) and a nice sitting area with a firepit (that wasnt working at the time) will stay again when in the area"

"Hyatt is a name brand hotel, but this location has an issue with customer service. I called and filed a complaint about personal items went missing in our room while we went out to spend time in Atlanta. Hotel supposed give me a call back after the reviewing the case, but they never called and never solved the issue. This was a huge disappointment."

"Pretty crowded and guests were noisy. But the hotel was clean and girl at desk very helpful when we asked to change rooms because of barking dogs next to us. Cleaning staff however had no clean towels for us and never brought them back."

"Breakfast was awful I’ve stayed at many hotels who served way better breakfast yogurts had expiration dates from 2025… the hotel seems not to have AC or be cheap and not run it everywhere smelt like marijuana. Ice machines didn’t work, AC in bedrooms were slow hard to keep the temperature cool the maids stare and don’t even smile or say hello just make you uncomfortable staring. The beds were rough and very small. Definitely not worth the price tag of Hilton hotels first stay and will be my last."

"At checkout Sunday at 930 am, we had a new clerk who was absolutely not professional, not friendly, had an attitude as if he didn’t want to be there , I hope the management corrects this so other customers don’t fall victim to his behavior! "
