"It is unfortunate that the hotel cancelled my accomodation after my reporting at the hotel on the appointed day. I had a confirmed booking at the hotel for 05 May 2019. I reported at the hotel at 14.30 Hrs on 5 may and the person at the reception expressed his inability to provide the accommodation. Thus putting my and my family to terrible inconvenience.
