I was astounded when I mistakenly double booked on Expedia for the resort. After many attempts with Expedia’s help the resort refused to reimburse me. Also after the first day they refused to resupply the coffee pods though there was a coffee maker in the room. I will never return. They are awful

Most of the staff were nice and willing to help if asked. There is no bell boy to bring your luggage to your room. Had to walk up a hill with all of our luggage and coats to our room. Furniture was dated. The deluxe room we reserved was not deluxe a King bed and a sofa with sheets and a fridge. Towels were limited, sheets on our beds were stained but once I told the front desk they changed them no working telephone in the room ants and roaches were in the room and then I found ants in my pocketbook. would not recommend or stay here ever again.

The staff at the front desk was horrible. impolite it seems like he hates her job The access area to the pool is dirty, the bathrooms are horrible. Then you get to your room and forget everything. Very cozy, clean and with all the utensils to spend a pleasant vacation If I had arrived alone at the lobby I would not have stayed at the hotel If the management improves the cleanliness and ensures that the employees are attentive, it can become a 5-star hotel.
