"Hotel in great location, situated on the shore of Jyväsjärvi lake in the middle of university campuses. 20 minutes from local airport. Very comfortable and practically furnished rooms with an excellent view of the lake (I recommend choosing a room with a private sauna, it's really worth it). Good breakfast, the hotel restaurant is also good. What is really brilliant, is the very nice and helpful reception staff, who will give you comprehensive information about local transport, sights, and will recommend a really great local restaurant (Kissanviisket, you must visit). Jyväskylä has very nice Alvar Aalto museum, Central Finland museum and, nearby in Tikkakoski you will find the Finnish Air Force Museum. "

"We booked a room with a private sauna and LOVED it! The room was large and comfortable and will be a highlight of our trip. "

"It is so accessible from the train station and close to downtown. The walk to university campus through downtown was good, too. We had a great stay!"

"The property was good for the purpose we had in Jamsa but taxi service was hard to reach. We were able to walk but would have liked the option to move around easier. The room was basic and amenities were few unless you pay for them (coffee). We only saw one other couple during our stay which was unusual. Then again, it’s January on a Sunday."
