"Tuve una excelente experiencia en este hotel durante mi estadía en San Antonio. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y bien equipada, lo que hizo que nuestro descanso fuera muy agradable. Además, la ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, cerca de varios puntos de interés, lo cual facilitó mucho nuestros planes. Aunque el hotel se encuentra actualmente en remodelación, esto no afectó nuestra experiencia; al contrario, todo se mantuvo muy agradable, organizado y cómodo durante nuestra estadía. Destaco también la tranquilidad del lugar y el buen ambiente en general. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y volvería a hospedarme aquí en el futuro. ¡Muchas gracias por tan buen servicio!"

"There was really no cleaning service for much of my stay. The only day service came in was the date that I was leaving."

"When the room was booked the details said slept six (family of five) but got there and only two beds. No roll away, no couch. Asked front desk if had roll away or cot and was told “no”. Bed linens and towels had yellow and rust (blood) colored stains. The roller chair in the room had white powdery substance on the seat. The smoke detector had a paper towel wrapped around it with duct tape. The entery overhead light was burned out. Additional lamps were missing light bulbs. The remote to the TV was missing batteries. Had to make a Walmart run to purchase a blowup bed, towels/washclothes, batteries for the remote, pillow cases, extra linens for the extra bed. The pictures of the property looked fine but please don’t be fooled by them. This place is not family friendly and was just nasty. We were scheduled to stay three nights but checked out after the first night and now I have to see why I was charged an extra $100 for the deposit. "

"⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) Absolutely terrible experience. I would NOT recommend staying here at all. From the moment we walked in, the place smelled horrible—like a mix of mold and something rotten. The floors were filthy, clearly not cleaned in a long time, and everything just felt unsanitary. The sheets were burned and looked like they hadn’t been replaced or properly washed… disgusting. The room itself looked run down and poorly maintained. Even basic things were falling apart. To make things worse, the pool was completely green, full of trash, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever—definitely not safe or usable. On top of all that, the lady working there had the audacity to go check the room like nothing was wrong, instead of addressing the issues. Completely unprofessional. Overall, this place is extremely neglected, dirty, and not worth your money. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else."
