We had an amazing stay at The Lodge. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. There were so many facilities that kept us entertained and the restaurant was beyond our expectations. The meals were generous and delicious. We will be back.
Absolutely loved our stay here, the accommodation is clean and well maintained and the level of service is next to none, the hotel manager Brent was such a beautiful person and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be back in the summer to swim in that pool and ride the bikes. This place is such a vibe and we are hige fans. Thank you for the marshmallows and for making our stay memorable 💕
Brent your customer service was out of this world, thank you.
The lodge was such a cool experience, we wished we were staying longer. Thanks for having us :)
Great Place and so quiet and relaxing. Puzzled to why was so expensive, when only 5 out 41 rooms were occupied on a saturday night. No F&B facilities onsite so any travelers need to arrange own dinner and breakfast offsite. Nearest town in 10 minutes by car Jamberoo , or Kiama about 25 minutes by vehicle.
Great location, beautiful area and easy access. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They had activities for the kids during school holidays/Easter break. Property is well maintained and swimming pool was very clean. The bedroom is simple but had everything we needed including a fridge, however bedrooms are in need of a deeper clean and attention to details which did not affected our stay and we understand the whole country is facing staff shortage. We will be going back and referring to friends.
The setting and common areas of The Lodge are really lovely and striking as is the landscaping, however, the condition of the accomodation rooms is very poor. They are extremely tired, basic and don’t feel overly clean.
Staff are all friendly and helpful however appear to be operating on a skeleton basis.
Hopefully the second stage of upgrades happens sooner rather than later and this venue becomes a more complete and enjoyable stay.
