"Awesome quiet beautiful and well kept little gem of a stay while in the huasteca. Even though we lost power within an hour of checking in the staff was amazingly attentive and our meal there was top notch especially with just candlelight and sounds of nature made for a memorable night."
"The property is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by lush vegetation. The rooms are spacious and nice. The restaurant is really good, the food was delicious and the presentation was really elegant, offers food from the area, really well done. It probably needs to add more amenities like a gym, and more things to do within the hotel itself apart from the pool and the spa. But I highly recommend this place, it is close to Xilitla about 1/2 hour, within 1:15 hours of Tamul waterfalls...
"Gorgeous older hotel. Looked like a castle. It has a lot of stairs but worth it. Great history of the place. And the included breakfast is homemade was as great as restaurant food! Staff were very humble and helpful."
