"This property is about a 25 min (fast paced) walk to the tourist areas. It feels safe, quite, more authentic, and has a beautifully run doggy daycare right next door. The staff are what made my stay here exceptional. They will go out of their way to help you, direct, and inform you, in English. It has many local tourists, rather than from other countries. The buffet breakfast is sublime and highly recommended. The bedrooms are ample. Thank-you for making my time in Oaxaca fell amazing."

"We so enjoyed our stay at Azulenco. It was a beautiful clean, stylish, modern room in a perfect location to walk to many nearby sites and see much of beautiful Oaxaca. Liz, Elena, and front security staff took very good care of us and we were sad to leave.
Comfy bed and welcome aircon. Mostly very quiet especially at night as rooms are set back from the street, however some noise from the open building design (maybe just Celeste room?) and a very loud party one evening possibly from nearby...

"Fantastic hotel! Staff were super helpful and attentive. Great central location very close to Mercado 20 de Noviembre. They also provide a 3 hour car service if you want for around $130 dollars which is super helpful for seeing sites such as Monte Albán.
The room was small but cosy with lots of amenities provided (including a filter coffee machine which we greatly appreciated!). The rooftop had a stunning view with a small heated pool which was great to relax in after a day of walking around...
