Close to everything we wanted to see in Jakobstad. Wonderful dinner at the restaurant. Comfortable temperature in the rooms. We would stay again!

Great location. Great sauna. Great staff. A couple of spots in the hotel had a terrible sewer smell as you walked by. The breakfast was good, not great. Compared to other hotels we stayed at in Finland the selection was good but the quality was average. All in all, Jakobstad is a great place to visit and we would definitely stay there again!

Will definitely stay here again!
Perfect location right in the middle of the city. Cozy atmosphere, and such a friendly and helpful staff. Warmly recommend this hotel. (And the food is world-class, so delicious!)

Amazing staff - very friendly, flexible and helpfull. The suite was a very good solution travelling with the baby. Strongly recommend.

Historic, centrally located Hotel
The Hotel location is couldn't be better. It is located in the middle of the shopping district and city center and has all the sights, restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. Prepare for a 7 minutes walk to the train and bus station. The rooms are clean and well equipped with minibar and TV. The restaurant downstairs serves excellent food and hearty breakfast. The only thing I noticed during my stay is that the floor in the hallway is old and noisy so you can actually hear people walking there. A minor flaw in this historic and nice hotel.

The hotel mi pretty basic but what makes it so nice to come to again and again is the heart-warming, friendly service. The breakfast buffet is also nice and to top it off they had a juicer for orangers this time:)

The room was 27 degrees celsius which was way too hot. We couldn’t adjust heat of the radiators or the air conditioner so had to open the window to cool down the room. The breakfast menu was underwhelming. The juice machine was not in use. The fruits were not fresh. The beds were comfortable and the overall comfort of the room were ok.

Harmittavan meluisa hotelli
Huoneet olivat remontoituja ja siistejä, mutta kadulta ja yökerhosta kantautuvan melun takia nukkuminen jäi vain haaveeksi. Melu oli niin kova, että ikkunat tärisivät. Sain vaihtaa kesken vierailuani huonetta sisäpihan puolelle, mistä iso kiitos henkilökunnalle, mutta tähänkin huoneeseen kantautui ilmanvaihtokanavan kautta niin paljon meteliä muista huoneista ja kun huoneessa haisi vielä voimakkaasti tupakan savu, jätin vierailuni kesken. Rakennus on vanha eikä remonteilla ole pystytty selvästikään korjaamaan puutteita äänieristyksissä. Tämä on todella harmi, sillä muutoin hotelli olisi kiva ja sijainniltaan erinomainen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja aamiaisella sai vatsansa täyteen.

Erinomainen palvelu, sängyn osalta toivomisen varaa, suihkutilat pienille henkilöille. Aamiaispekonit maakuntakietroksemme parhaat. Hyvä Snellman, niin pitääkin. Ystävämme muuttivat Pietarsaareen ja aiomme tulla heitä vielä tapaamaan Espoosta.
