Overall great stay! It's close to the DDP and feels super safe to walk around at night. Easy access to cheonggyecheon and gwangjang market as well as subway.
We did accidentally get locked out after hours and forgot the passcode (only written on a piece of paper!) so it might be a good idea to save that to your phone! We didn't have Korea phone numbers and had no way to contact the hotel, but the guy at the CU next door called the hotel for us, so it all worked out!

The staff was so helpful when a family member left something on the taxi. They were able to locate and contact the taxi. Arrangements were made to bring the item to us.

"The rooms had everything you needed but decoration was sparse and clinical. Room lighting was disappointing. Bed was against a wall, so it was awkward to go for an overnight toilet break without disturbing partner on open side of bed. Air con was efficient and washing machine in room welcomed."
