Best hotel in Jakarta

Excellent service. Beautiful hotel with magnificent ambiance, culture, decor and friendly staff. I comment Lucky and Dea as especially helpful and understanding. This should be the only place to stay in Jakarta.

Hidden Gem!

This place is an absolute gem! The place and Staff are both beautiful & warm. The interior is carefully curated with historical and contemporary works of art. The lush gardens are a peaceful respite and there are plenty of delicious and healthy menu options. The Staff treats each other and the guests like good friends & family.

Highly recommended for business trip or family vacation trip. Family-friendly environment with amazing service provided by staff from front desk, concierge, restaurants, housekeeping and pool. Breakfast buffet was amazing and rooms are clean with huge balcony and bathroom. Beautiful landscape and pool. A and will definitely come back. Shout out to Egi from Concierge and Pak Ahmadi and team at Jakarta restaurant. Thank you!

I always love the scent upon entering the Dharmawangsa. The smell of jasmine spread throughout the hotel. This place will make you feel like kings and queens, all the staff members are the friendliest and the most helpful people. Definitely my number one pick when staying in Jakarta.

ここでの経験は、本当は星一つもつけたくないほど評価できないものでした。今までインドネシア国内で様々な値段台のホテルに滞在してきましたが、このホテルでの滞在は一番最低だったと思います。ましてや値段も安くはないのに。駐在して期間は経っているので、ある程度の文化の違い云々はもちろん理解しているので、大概のホテルでの経験は思うことはあってもクチコミに書くほどのことはありません。しかし、このホテルだけはありえないなと思ったので書かせていただきます。まず、到着時点で誰も荷物を下ろすのを手伝いません。見ているだけ。体温チェックはされますが、中に入るのにドアすらあけてくれません。荷物は自分たちで持っているのに。中に入っても、welcomeもなく立ったまま待たされます。チェックインをした際、施設の説明やmapもゼロ。朝食付きにも関わらず朝食の説明もありません。チェックインが終わると、自分で荷物を持って自分で部屋まで行かなければいけませんが、エレベーターの案内すらありません。かなり迷いました。はっきり言って日本のビジネスホテル以下です。そこから、お茶したくて1階の真ん中にあるレストランに行きましたが、もちろん案内もなく、"そこに座れば"とおじさんに目配せされました。座って、メニューなどを待ちましたが、だいぶ経ってからおじさんが目も見ずにメニューや消毒液のセットを適当にボン！と置いてどこかにいきました。しばらくして注文しようかと思い、そこらへんで話しているおばさんとおじさんの店員に注文したいと言いました。でもそこからかなり待たされました。恐らく、よくあることですが注文を取る人は別なんでしょう。わかりますが、そこまでの過程を全て鑑み、私たちの我慢は限界になり、宿泊費以外に1円もこのホテルに落としたくない気持ちになり、注文せず部屋でお茶を飲みました。夕食は近くの韓国料理店に行きました。更に最悪だったのは、シャワーやお風呂が全くお湯がでず殆ど水でした。寒すぎて、風邪をひくかと思いました。朝食も美味しくないし、何一つ評価すべき点はありません。こんな最低なホテルにお金を払う必要はありません。

The hotel is beautiful, quiet, private, comfortable and there s also a salon which is convenient for me. Suparman blow dry hair very well. Food is delicious, breakfast spread was very good. Pool is beautiful

格式も高く。雰囲気のよいホテルでした。部屋も、十分な広さと清潔さを保っていました。反面、ベッドサイドにコンセントが無い、Wi-Fiが遅い等、最新のホテルに比べて不便な面もあります。高級ホテルだけあって飲食は高いです。ビンタンビール小ビンが1000円ぐらいします。プールはリゾート感があって最高でした。今回プールを目的に泊まったのですがプールの真横で建築工事をしていて残念でした。プールスタッフはフレンドリーで良かったですが、工事の事を知っていれば泊まらなかったでしょう。部屋からの眺めも工事現場でした。あと、ブルーバードのメータータクシーを呼んで欲しいとお願いしたのですがシルバーバードを呼ばれメーターとは関係の無い額を請求されました。翌日ブルーバードのメーターでは同じ距離と時間で半額でした。注意が必要です。総じていいホテルですが、値段が高すぎると思います。

Stayed here for a business trip in November 2018. It was my second time staying here. The hotel has a lot of charm. The lobby looks like a museum, there's an outdoor pool, and service is fantastic. However, the finishes in the room could use some improvement. The bathroom marble/tile is strange - that's the best way to put it. Room service doesn't quite hit the mark. There is not enough lighting in the rooms. A solid 4 stars from me, but doesn't excel in all areas to earn the full 5.

一家城市綠洲型的酒店，擁有著荷蘭殖民建築的外觀以及充滿爪哇味的內裝。下榻在這邊真的有時會以爲自己在峇里島，忘記還身處車水馬龍的雅加達。自助早餐質量也非常令人驚艷，是一間物超所值的酒店。

Low maintainance level and questionable service

Bathroom facilities are leacking and run down. Decorative sheets on bed, sofa and pillows are full of stains. Service only improved after second night. Disapointing check in process as no reference in my files from upgrade promise from last stay.

방도 넓고 침대도 편해서 정말 좋았습니다! 하지만 지금 옆에 공사 중이어서 낮에 문 열어두면 좀 시끄럽긴 합니다. 그래도 위치도 너무 좋고 인도네시아 전통 음악도 너무 좋았습니다~
