Had a great stay here while attending a concert! The location is excellent, especially being close to JIS. We got a room overlooking the pool, which was a nice bonus. Even though we arrived at 12, our room was already ready with no queue, which was a great start to our stay. We also requested a welcome drink, and they kindly provided us with two drink vouchers that we could redeem at the restaurant near the pool. The gym was spacious and well-equipped, making it convenient for a quick workout. The room was trendy, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. I also loved the refreshing scent of their amenities! Overall, it was a great experience and worth the price. I would love to stay here again!

Front desk staff is friendly, but the check-in process terrible slow, was about 20 minutes. The room was too far, and not clean. There were a lot of dust on the table.

Far below expectation

Slow check-in progress, it was taken about 25 minutes. And I just stand there for 25 minutes, because no place to sit. Less of stuff working, few people were queuing. Room was dirty, a lot of dust on the table. Window sheet hard to move. Far below my expectation as Novotel standards.
