BLOK Mに隣接する食事・エンターテイメント、他場所へのアクセス等は非常に便利。
建物は古いが、従業員が笑顔で、アットホームな感じがよろしい。ウェルカムドリンクもあり、セットの朝食も決して豪勢ではないが、コスパは良いと感じる。
