Good location with factory outlet walking distance
Everything is pretty good. Except the water heater temperature is goes up and down while showering and can be quite hot and then just right.

Great location and service
We were here for the new years long weekend, the staff were great and very helpful, the buffet breakfast has a nice selection and caters for a wide variety of tastes. The hotel was busy, which is understandable, and the staff worked hard to keep everbody happy. The only blemish on the stay was the water failure on New Years morning, which, again considering the number of people staying and checking out at the same time, was bound to put pressure on the facilities. We made do with a cold low pressure shower, which was good enough to freshen us up and get us on our way, other than that, great place to stay and will be back.

not-so-good experience with the housekeeping. he knocked on my room door on my check out day, 10 AM, asked if I was going to check out and he was like wanted to enter my room for some checking (?)... can't he see what time it was? it's not so polite. and I have told the receptionist on the day before that I would be checking out late (1 PM). Lack of internal communication?

Friendly staff hotel
Very friendly and helpful staff. The improvement I would recommend are 1. Need new hair dryer. It stops every few seconds and needs to wait until it cools down again before you can use it. It takes me an hour to dry my hair. 2. With the price per night, it won't hurt to provide complimentary bottled water. 3. Need facial tissues and hand towels in the bathroom. 4. The towels are kind of smelly when it's wet.

IBIS Gading is economy hotel, rooms are very small and bed was not firm enough. Buffet breakfast was good but could be better with more choices. Hotel staff is very good. May not select this hotel again to stay.

Hotel Ibis Gading Serpong was our first choice for the attractive room rates and good service. The beds are exceptionally well-designed, firm enough for good posture and comfort. There was at least one universal wall socket in case you forget to bring an adapter. 40 to 80 minutes away from central Jakarta (sometimes bad traffic jams), but easy to hail a cab from the hotel lobby (costs approx Rp150,000 + Rp 5000-13000 in tolls). Sometimes housekeeping forgets to replace toothbrushes/slippers but they're quick to provide these when reminded. The toilet sink drains a bit too slowly. But these are not serious problems. Overall great value, will definitely come again.

Great place to stay, location
Stayed for a week on a business trip. The ibis gading hotel is a great place to stay and has a good location, so I was comfortable during my stay. The staffs were all friendly, kind and with great results on all requests. I hope I could stay again next time!
