The hotel is near major malls. It’s clean; the staff are helpful. However, the main road is undergoing major construction for the MRT line, and the hotel's entrance is not conspicuous.

Spacious, clean and well appointed rooms. A highlight was the super friendly, attentive and professional staff, in particular the breakfast waitresses & waiters for starting our day with a smile. Amazing breakfast and service!

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel feels a little tired in places, but the staff were fantastic the breakfast was one of the best I’ve enjoyed at any hotel recently. Location is good, but as is the case with most of Jakarta, the traffic can be very bad, taking over an hour to travel 10km’s.

Hotel is needing renovation. Smells musty in the hallway hence the air fan/blower was being use the day after we arrive. AC is weak after 2 days of stay and was getting uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet was nice. Location is awesome and very central
