MANGGA DUA FEBRUARY 2024
Nice hotel in a good location in Mangga Dua. The hotel is looking a little dated but actually there was renovation work going on. The price was good and included an excellent buffet breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and incredibly friendly!

Come back after couple month , the overall environment is okay , here are some disappointed point need to improve : Too long waiting for elevator , room 3011 bed sheet dirty & smelly , many small cockroach , please improve .

Service was wonderful. In room TV had technical issue and was replaced quickly but there shouldn't be an issue to begin with. 110V plug in the bathroom doesn't work so I cannot use my hair straightener. Key card stopped working couple times and had to be renewed. A little bit time consuming especially when you have to go back down to the lobby from 28th floor. Wifi is quite fast and I didn't have to log back in every day which is a plus. However, everyone was friendly and we ended up extending our stay for another 3 days.

Outside not so good. But inside is a lot better.
The service itself was great. Just when my brother checked out, they needed my credit card again which was a bothersome. I never had to use my credit card for checking out. Other then that, they upgrade the rooms so the rooms were huge and breakfast was great.

Nice hotel
Good service , walking distance to nearby Mangga 2 Square. In dooor swimming is good enough after a long day can relax nearby pool. Spa massage is a good experience that you must try out.

I think best western mangga dua should start to renovate their room and do regulary check on the elevator. They also have to improve their breakfast menu.

Love it!
Room has king-sized bed and it was clean, spacious and air con was cold, we loved it! Mini fridge was super cold too. A little far in but ok if taking taxi (about 350 metres walk from Mangga Dua Square), and several roadside food stalls & eateries within short walk from the hotel. Downside - lifts are slow and stops at many levels. Will stay there again if we are in Jakarta.

Great view, good food in an above average room
We were on the 32nd floor and the view was absolutely amazing. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The only disagreement we had was the room cleanliness who was not up as expected.

Quite hotel near shopping mall
It's a quiet hotel for a good relaxing stay. It is within a condominium and the room and suites are in levels 27-33 but there are only two elevators to get up there and they are shared with the other levels for the locals living in the condo :( All over nothing special. Facilities and breakfast are ok, but that's it already. Just the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Terrible sleep time experience
Awaken everyday during my short 4 days business stay there, guess is a custom practice there. Loud chanting plus music from a nearby I guess is a mosque. Starts timely around 4am plus, last 2 hours. Is loud despite I'm staying at level 29. Is rather disturbing as room are not sound proof, even though tried shut door close, window etc. definitely my last stay there.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff were helpful to the guests. The service is also good. The buffet breakfast is also good they are serving mostly Indonesian cuisine. It is near malls though the mall is not a high end kind of mall. The only thing i noticed is the noise from the mosque nearby the hotel. If you're looking for a quiet place maybe this hotel is not for you.

i book room via expedia… the expedia customer service and rate all very good. hotel give warm greetings and hotel room and cleanness very nice. but i book smoke free room but unfornatuely i can't get., but the give other room. so totally the hotel staff nice. then breakfast..all indoensian food..less western food. but the break fast nice and super. they give city view room. nice and super. climate very hot…i recommend to my friends and again i plan to visit and book the same hotel

Read the reviews here before committing to it. It is not as bad as some reviews say it is. e.g. a) Fridge not cold. Experience:'Fridge' is a wine chiller box. It never gets as cold as a fridge.Not supposed to. b) AC not cold. Experience:It won't be if you leave the balcony sliding door open. c) Lift is slow to call and to use. Experience:At times. Off-peak, it is a breeze. I would stay here again. Even for long stays (more than 5 days).

December 2014 - The hotel was recommended by a friend. However it was not as expected. I wish the hotel corridors were air-contditioned. More light also needed in the corridors and the lift area. Room was ok but our air condition was not so strong. We liked the breakfast menu but there were mosquitoes in the dining area - quite annoying.

My Stay with BestWestern Mangga Dua
Good Place to stay. Good Breakfast and few vegetarian Dishes for Lunch and Dinner. Reasonable priced. Decent SPA and reasonable price. The room space can be more ( standard Room is small). Mangga Dua Square Mall. Mangga Dua WTC Mall and ITC mall are walkable distance (10mts). There is no restaurant, mini market in the vicinity/neighbour hood. It is not advisable to walk in the night to neighbourhood. The Hotel is safe and secured. Staffs are very courteous and they speak English. Booking through online will have a better rate than the rate at Hotel.

The hotel locates in an poor area, and it is hard to find. There was no towel in the rooms, and the bed cloths were fairly old and dirty. They didn't give me receipt or invoice or payment details or anything when I checked out.

By far the worst hotel I ever stayed at.
This hotel is located on a narrow street tha is not admirable. The staff was polite but very disorganized. The room was supposed to be smoke free, it was not. The room always fills with second hand smoke from other rooms. Also the bed covers were dirty and stained along with the pillows, the ac did not work properly and there is no wifi in the rooms. Even after changing rooms we experience the same problems. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone even if the price is low.

The room quite nice but only 2 lifts or elevators serving 200 over rooms especially breakfast time you can be waiting for 15 mins to get in... Location nothing fantastic as too deep in from the main truck road of Mangga Dua but hourly shuttle is provided some kind of concession in a way. I will not recommend of my friends or business Associate to stay in this property.

I stayed one night and was upgraded. Staff was pleasant. View from 30th floor were excellent and room condition was good. But everything is relative. For the price its acceptable. But nothing special to highlight. Good points are that its new, close to many activities, especially shopping, a known brand. Negatives are, not the best neighborhood, taxi's take a bit long to fetch as traffic on the front of street is low. Appointments in room and hotel and 2-3 star level. Overall average. If you see a good deal on the hotel and shopping is high on your list then its a decent place to stay. Breakfast and internet are free.

One of my best best travel experiences... Really can't wait to be that pampered....
The hotel itself is no less than a 5 star hotel.. Having been to Jakarta several times I was a little uneasy about the neighborhood. Cleverly enough the front office manager felt my unease especially that I arrived 9am and the room was not ready. In no time he comforted me and found me a great great great room and I really mean great. I am used to staying in 5 tar hotels and was a little reluctant about best western. But let me tell you ,if this is what best western is about then it wil always be Best Western. The free shuttle to all surrounding areas is great, clean and punctual for drop off and pick up. It is a really personalised service to each client.. I do advise everyone to visit.. You will never regret it.

前回良かったので使用しました。 スタッフやサービスは満足です。 スタッフはフレンドリーで初日いくつか設備の不具合がありましたが、すぐに対応してくれました。 ネガティブなところはちょっと設備が古いところです。 機会があればまた利用したいです。

スタッフは皆親切です。朝食も美味しく、毎日提供されます。全体的に満足です。正直に言うと、設備が少し古い部分もあります。 （シャワーの出が悪い場合があります。エレベーターがなかなか来ない場合もあります。）そこが改善されたら、完璧です。
