Dishonest, borderline scam.
My experience was soured by the hotels.com refusal to refund my booking and allow me to rebook. I was linked to the booking page while browsing in AUD $ and it changed to USD $ without notification and nowhere on the booking stage does it tell you that it is charging USD. I would recommend using Agoda instead of hotels.com and I personally will not touch hotels.com again because of this dishonest business practice. The price was 30% higher than other websites after the currency switch.

A nice hotel
Good Wi-Fi and nice large gym. Three restaurants with a nice breakfast buffet. There is even a small shopping mall at the rear of the hotel although it doesn’t have a lot of stores yet. It’s a good thing that the hotel is well equipped though because there is really nothing else in the area.

The hotel is nice and in good condition. It is modern, and rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. The pool is nice too. The only downside would be the location right next to a very busy and hectic avenue, which makes transport a bit complicated, and walking around is somewhat difficult. Otherwise, it’s not far from the main attractions (the old town square and the National Monument), and it’s relatively convenient to reach from the airport. I recommend it for a short stay.

This is a very nice and well run hotel. The room was great, all very modern. Hotel restaurant was ok, pizza was perhaps the best which doesn’t say a lot. Food selection and quality just average and service was lacking. But overall we enjoyed our stay. Location is a bit doggy: big construction outside and tons of poverty but a close walk to Batavia, the old colonial Dutch area. Must check out Batavia restaurant where the food was very good and the band one night was amazing! Grab works well. And do a day tour of the city. Alcohol very expensive everywhere when you can find it.

Exceeded my expectations for the price paid. Highly recommended , it’s a great value . I stayed 7 nights at this hotel. The room is very spacious, breakfast selection and tase is excellent and service from entire staff also excellent. I want to thank Yadi for explaining the many different Indonesian dishes and making my breakfasts special. He also made me sample some items not on the main buffet . At the concierge desk I received a lot of help and good extraordinary service from Fajrin and Yudha. Yudha from the pastry station also very helpful. It was easy to get around using grab.
