"Beautiful Hotel"

"The area of the hotel is the best thing. The staff don’t pickup phone. Electricity went away 5 times and no water for 2 hours. The rooms are big but furniture is old like 25 years old and heavily used. There are better options for same price as area is fine. "

"What a terrible experience! We checked all reviews before checking in and everyone mentionned that it is a 4 stars hotel (still wondering how could that happen). Having a pub on the second floor of the hotel deprived us from sleeping during our stay. On the first night, my husband asked for some restaurants brochures and not only they did not have any but they also refused to help us, to force us eat at their restaurant which did not have any varieties, especially that my husband is vegan. But the most disturbing experience of all was being woken at 6:30 in the morning by a woman—clearly not a guest—who had mistaken our room number and offered her services to my husband. An hour later, we heard her screaming down the hallway after what seemed to have been an unpleasant encounter. This was beyond the worse hotel we've ever been even when we went to a 3 stars hotel."
