"This hotel was incredible. The room was a comfortable size, beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were so comfy. They decorated it in rose petals and balloons for my birthday as a driving surprise ( after my partner asked them) The outside of the building was so intricately decorated in carved sandstone. "The rooms are incredible, with carved stone walls and Aladdin-like windows. Owners are fantastic too. They took my family to a private wedding, on a shopping trip to the market, and arranged our camel safari. Their rooftop restaurant at the Shahi Palace is great too. No clean towels provided, but a small oversight in the bigger picture. We're very happy with our stay, and would definitely come back. "

"Overall, property is decent. However, could use some TLC. Lots of bugs in the room. Do not give drinking water daily. The head shower didn’t work in my room. The staff is super nice and tries to help where they can. The menu is essentially the same every day. We stayed for 3 days and ate same things. They should switch some things up. The doors to the rooms are light which means it’s very noisy in the rooms until late night.
