"This hotel was incredible. The room was a comfortable size, beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were so comfy. They decorated it in rose petals and balloons for my birthday as a driving surprise ( after my partner asked them) The outside of the building was so intricately decorated in carved sandstone. "Made to feel very welcome from arrival through to departure. Everything was brilliant. Lovely spacious room , good nights sleep. Breakfast was really fresh and great quality with plenty of choices. Excellent evening meal were enjoyed with amazing view across to fort. Advice and tour particularly the camel trip was brilliant and we really enjoyed the trip arranged for us by the hotel and riding camels in the desert and meeting fellow travellers. "The rooms are incredible, with carved stone walls and Aladdin-like windows. Owners are fantastic too. They took my family to a private wedding, on a shopping trip to the market, and arranged our camel safari. Their rooftop restaurant at the Shahi Palace is great too. No clean towels provided, but a small oversight in the bigger picture. We're very happy with our stay, and would definitely come back. "

"Overall, property is decent. However, could use some TLC. Lots of bugs in the room. Do not give drinking water daily. The head shower didn’t work in my room. The staff is super nice and tries to help where they can. The menu is essentially the same every day. We stayed for 3 days and ate same things. They should switch some things up. Also, the entertainment conflicts with dinner time. They should also not encourage drinking at the evening show. We paid a lot of money to experience the culture...
