Convenient and clean hotel

It was a pleasant stay and hotel is well located and easily reachable. Rooms are in good condition. The only thing I noticed, if you are going with your parents then make sure you take deluxe room on ground floor. It does not have lift (in fact I guess no hotel has that in Jaisalmer). Other room types are on 1st and 2nd floor and buffet is on top 3rd floor.

Very good service, the staff was very friendly

Overall very good. Everyone at the hotel was very good and helping. All our queries were answered very quickly. The property was clean and the location was quite convenient.

Hotel Imperial, Jaisalmer

Service was good and friendly. Wifi not available, Internet via lobby -very old fashioned slow server, room was clean but not comfortable, bed by far too hard, airco very much noisy, shower in bathroom flushed the whole area, ovo lacto vegetarian food, no alcohol, not clean dishes and cups. Neighbour hood not so fantastic.
