There were patches of mud (dry wall compound) on some parts of the wall that were not even sanded. The bathroom had black mildew around the shower stall. The bathroom was a Jack and Jill, but one of the doors was very hard to close. The windows were original to the era, so lots of wind would sneak in and the room was cold. They...
