The staff were extremly welcoming, polite and helpful. The hotel has a great vibe with all the bars and restaurants located within. Breakfast was amazing, the choice of food and drink was excellent. Rooms are clean and comfatable, spa and pool are perfect for relaxing. Could not fault this hotel at all. Amazing stay and would highly recommend staying here if visiting Hamburg.

Overall poor. Bedroom only had a make do shower cubicle with a tatty curtain to prevent the spray from flooding the bedroom floor. Excellent location for an overnight stop enroute to Denmark and with the bonus of a great view overlooking the Kiel Canal. The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful we have met on our travels.
