The Trail Hotel

"Nice and clean overall. The property definitely feels more upscale, but it also felt a little out of place for us and isn’t exactly kid-friendly. Some of the corners of the property could use a good cleaning, although the pool was really nice. Our shower backed up, but the room itself was nice and they fixed it once we let them know. The amenity fee on top of the room charge was also a little annoying. I’d say it’s worth the weekday price, but not the weekend price. Don’t get me wrong—it’s a nice property, just not really for us."

"Carol and Rich were wonderful hosts! They made sure we had everything we needed, were very accommodating, and served 5 star breakfasts. The pool was sublime, the sun room was magical. We can’t say enough about how special we felt during our stay!"

"Room and staff were excellent. Only complaint was breakfast. I came down at 7:30am, so an hour in, and several items were not readily available. Forks, milk, jelly (other than grape), and coffee . The gravy was not attractive (I didn’t try it). The staff re-supplied (except milk) once informed of the lack. Anticipated a better breakfast experience. Overall, still 4 out of 5."
