The owners were very demanding and did not allow us to use the dryer. The complex did not even allow us to place the towels in a chair outside to dry.

the worst experience ever. The property never said anything about all the stupid rules that they have up they let you book it first and then they send you an email with all the rules just to steal your money. The host started arguing with us because we wanted to have a little birthday celebration, not willing to talk and only trying to charge more since her scammed didn’t come through. She told me that she canceled our room and kept our money. Please don’t book this place. The worst part is that Expedia has not done anything to get my refund back when I didn’t even stay in this place and I had to spend more money finding a different day, meanwhile, the host claimed to rent it to someone else and profit double out of the property. The area itself is known for being dirty and full of thieves. The worst part is that Expedia only claims that the property is the one in charge of the refund when the lady does have not even communicated or refunded the money. All they did was steal from us.

La propiedad estaba en muy buenas condiciones y muy limpia, sin embargo hay un tema de coordinación con el administrador que se debe hacer al menos un par de días de anticipación para no tener problemas al llegar.
