La estadia fue excelente. Buena atencion a la llegada tanto en la Oficina de Best in Jacó como la porteria. Apartamento con muy buen mantenimiento, confortable, bien equipado. El Edificio muy agradable y frente a playa.

large ocean front condo

Great large ocean front condo, it had 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer dryer. Large balcony and smaller balconies off the bedrooms. The swimming pool was lovely and well maintained. I highly recommend this condo with long term stay. Secured free parking

Die Waschmaschine mit Wäschetrockner ein Traum, eigentlich die ganze Ausstattung absolut ein Hit. Auch das Service vor Ort absolut empfehlenswert !!!

Do not stay here even if last room in town

What an awful experience. The original unit we were placed in was nicely appointed but not that clean. However the air conditioning did not cool, the hot water did not work and the washing machine was broken. We called for help and the attendant that arrived was rude and vis upset we called for help. We were told that hot water was not that big of a deal. And After over an hour of trying to get some resolution a maintenance man by the name of Johnny arrived. He was the only respectful and helpful employee of Best in Jaco. We then were switched to a different unit. And requested late check-out for the disruption and attitude of the employee. All guests believed we were given 1pm late check out. So at 12:30 as we were packing we noticed the safe was not working and needed assistance. We went looking for a staff member and that's when chaos began. The employees ambushed us. Most of us still in our under garments or in the bathroom undressed. When we asked for privacy to finish packing our things. We were told no and they just persisted on being in our private rooms while we trying to get dressed. I told the employees they were invading our privacy and we insisted on speaking with the rental agent, Paula. Paula provided no assistance. This is not a luxury rental service more a Slum Lord. Definitely suggest passing on any Best in Jaco units.

Alto costo, ha disminuido la calidad

Ha disminuido la calidad del servicio, el ice maker estaba malo y lo que me dijieron cuando llame a avisar es que el señor de mantenimiento no trabajaba este día. El lavaplatos igual estaba malo. No se preocupan por resolver estos problemas ni te ofrecen ninguna compensación. Mucho ruido en dos de los departamentos.

The check in process was very disappointing. Dispute corresponding several times with the property, I was never given the address of the property we’d be staying in or told that the streets would all be closed because of Carnivale. We had to wander the streets of Jacó through the mud for over an hour trying to find the place or someone who could help. Since the streets were closed we had to pay for parking in a mud field. My husband then had to go early in the morning to get the vehicle and we left as soon as we could to avoid the road closeure. It was an awful experience.

The property was very new, well furnished and the check in was easy. We did experience a water outage and had to move for one night. The property made that process easy, so overall we have no complaints. Pricing was very reasonable and it was great to have be able to wash clothes.

El condominio muy completo. Locación excelente. Lo negativo es que los guardas de seguridad tienen una mala actitud en lugar de velar por el bienestar de los huéspedes parece que les pagan para estar como en academia militar esperando el minimo detalle para molestar. No se puede mover una silla o una mesa. Parece que olvidan que se paga suficiente para disfrutar el lugar.

The location was great, the condo had everything a person could want, each room having a balcony was awesome, the washer dryer with soap and dryer sheets was a nice touch. -The not so good, it was kind of a pain to have to drive to a seperate location to check in on a busy street in Jaco, and than confusion at the gate with who was to give the key to actually get in. The condo is a little aged and warn with the window lock broken, the furnishings warn and the hot water was in and out while trying to have a shower, it was noisy at night and the room although nice and cool during the day for some reason got hot at night and the air conditioning wouldnt respond, cleanlyness was a 7 out of 10. Overall it was a pleasant stay for the time we got to enjoy it but there could be improvements.

Comfortable and well equipped.

Great condo, well equipped and located right st the beach. Service was excellent and responsive. We reported the toaster wasn’t working, and a new one was delivered 5 minutes later.

El lugar es precioso, la atención de la agencia muy amable, el ambiente acogedor. Sin embargo creo qué hay algunos detalles que pueden mejorar: no tuvimos Internet en toda la estadía (nunca funcionó), considero que el condominio muy lindo y requiere una limpieza más profunda para verse impecable. Por último las instalaciones talvez por su antigüedad, requieren mejor mantenimiento. Pero en general la pasamos muy bien.
