"I booked a deluxe villa, king bed with an ocean view. When we got into our room there were a couple of major issues with it. I found out at the front desk of the Omni that the units are individually owned and that they only managed them. This unit was not acceptable and I asked if they could move us to another room with a king bed and ocean view like I booked. This was the first time I have ever asked for another room and my husband and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. The supervisor at the desk was very nice and gave us another room in the same building (second away from the Omni resort) and a couple floors higher with a king bed and ocean view and a bigger unit that had just been upgraded last year. It turns out it was a suite! After we got into the new room everything was wonderful and we enjoyed the beach, pool and other amenities of the Omni. All the staff at the Omni were outstanding! One note, at the Villas you may not get everything that the resort fee is suppose to provide like bottled water in the room. However, you can always grab some at the resort."

"Disappointed we only had a shower and no bathtub as with our aging backs, we enjoy our hot baths before bed. The property was renovated and beautiful oceanfront views! Love having the balcony to watch and hear the waves! This was our 3rd stay and definitely far better than Ponte Vedra Lodge and Club we stayed at our first trip and far less expensive. Nice restaurant and bar. Staff was amazing! Can't wait to go back! Only complaint is we aren't animal lovers so wasn't fond of the dogs in the hotel although they did seem to have specific rooms if you travel with pets."

"Enjoyed my stay. Had an oceanfront room Views were amazing. My poodle came along which was great!! We had appts at Mayo Clinic only a out 15 minutes away. Great location."
