The room I was initially put in had a leaking faucet and broken lamp, but the desk staff addressed this problem immediately by putting me in another room. Location is excellent, and the Art Deco decor of the lower floors is beautiful.

Great location.
They are remodeling which affected the evening social hour. And the current lounge area for breakfast was a bit dated and also not spacious enough. However, they appear close to having remodel finished. It will be really nice.

We had such a great time at GWL! The staff was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The room was spacious and so fun for the kids in their kid camp bunk beds. There was no shortage of activities to partake in. We had such a blast!

The suites are nice. Bur when i arrived i had to wait two hours to check in because they hadn't cleaned the room yet so even though check-in was 4 we didnt get to check in until 6
