Waited in check out line for 30 + minutes. Person that checked us in gave us room key to an already occupied room which then locked those guests out bc then their swipe didn’t work. Had to go back down and get it straightened out. Water pressure was terrible and temperature didn’t get that warm in the shower. Room wasn’t that clean. 2 of the 3 elevators were out of service which caused a huge back up. Most of the staff were very friendly.

The staff was over the top helpful and nice. Location is good. Decor is cool too. Little issue with light going on at 2am and windows thin… think street noise. Bring white noise machine. Beds and pillows comfy. Room clean. Nice touch with robe in room.

Clean room, friendly staff, and smooth check in and check out process. I would only ask for at least one extra set of coffee bags. We needed one when we arrived so we were without when we left in the morning.

For an older property, I was thinking it would be dated. Room was clean, staff were friendly and price was good. If I had to give any things to fix would be to update the rugs (smell old) and bed was extremely firm. Other than that not bad for the price.
