Staff very courteous. Make sure the room is ready before handing the keys to us. Free tea/coffee in the afternoon a bonus. The hotel has no elevator and an issue if you travel with heavy luggages and given a room on the 3rd floor. The staff offered assistance if needed though.

Decent place to stay, for the price. My only two complaints are for lack of space for breakfast, and the old building is extremely loud. We could hear ever creaky footstep from the room above us and all the water running from showers and toilets in the rooms around us.

Sink wouldn’t drain. Then drain stopper was stuck and had to pried open. Phone was filthy and didn’t work. Took an hour to find the NBA game on the TV which was on ABC (major network) but couldn’t get find it. Front desk clerk wasn’t familiar with the TV either. Finally found it after missing half of the first quarter and it was only in low definition with a poor picture. From the way our service animal was sniffing I would guess that the room had not cleaned very well from previous pets. Will probably not stay at a Super 8 again.

Check in was quick and easy. Desk personnel were friendly.This is an older motel that could use some updating, but it was clean. Air conditioner/heater very noisy, but ear plugs help.

Being on the third floor with no elevator was a big issue. We could here alarm clocks in rooms near us and we could here everything going on in the parking lot (Garbage Trucks, Snow Blowers, Snow Plows, car stereo, etc.) even from the third floor. Breakfast was decent and employees were friendly and helpful.
