It was a pretty standard hotel. Room was clean, as well as the common areas. The pool was down for maintenance which wouldve been nice to know, but wasnt a deal breaker.

We arrived to find that their pool was closed. We asked when it would be open and the staff said later this year! We specifically were wanting a hotel with pool. We were told that our room would be reimbursed. It hasn’t shown on our credit card as being reimbursed yet.

Exhaust fan was way toooo loud in bathroom Toilet didnt flush after multiple trys The a/c fan kicked on sounded like it was gearing up to cut deli meat. Ive stayed here many many times and this time by far was the absolutely the worst time.

I selected this property for a wedding weekend due to the beautiful spa tub shown in the pictures. When I arrived for check-in, I learned that the tubs had been removed. Disappointed, I immediately cancelled our reservation and booked with a lovely hotel down the street that does actually have spa tubs in the room. Comfort inn employees assured me of a full refund since it was their mistake for not updating the pics. I've spent 3 months sending numerous refund requests only to get denied again and again. They lie and steal your money and STILL HAVEN'T CHANGED THE ERRONEOUS PICTURES. Clearly they don't care about honest or customer service. Dont stay there or trust them with your credit card info!

Not the quality experienced of other Comfort Inn
Was not told before check-in about satellite dish problems so no TV during the during the football playoff weekend. Fixed day of check out. Or that the pool is closed due to maintenance for the last month. The bed mattress is hard and has a metal foundation that makes loud noise when sitting down or other similar movements. I didn't have a chance to try the free breakfist or the exercise room.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I prefer comfort inns for the comfortable beds as this is very important to me. The bed did not disappoint as we both slept well. We had to get up very early for a bowling tournament so sleep was very important. The breakfast was very good. We were able to eat at 6am which was good for our schedule that day. Good choices overall. The only thing missing was sugar free syrup. You may want to consider adding this. Overall a clean property and We were very happy with our stay.

There is no water bottles for sale, the vent in the bathroom was very loud. We had to have the door closed all the time. Otherwise, the receptionist was very friendly, the breakfast was ok.

There was a huge party going on in the room next to us. The walls are paper-thin. Not very relaxing. Pretty outdated and the breakfast was not good.

The hotel is decent for the price. The only issue was I had to kill 4 spiders, I know you can’t escape them, but it was one to many for me. Also, something crawled out of the back of the toilet where it connected to the wall, unsure of what kind of bug it was, but it was pretty big. It didn’t look like a spider though. Overall, it was okay for one night. The customer service team was great though.

Was a great spot to stay as we were going to ann arbor the next day. Way cheaper than ann arbor. Nice hotel, friendly staff. looked like new carpet throughout which was nice for a change.

Nice, clean and comfortable!
A perfect hotel for me. The bed was very nice, super comfortable. Room was quiet and the sunblock curtains were great. Here is the most important thing fir me ... the towels. I HATE super fluffy, super soft poly blend towels. They just don't absorb water. Fortunately, the Comfort Inn uses cotton towels that had just the right balance of fluff and scruff. Perfect!
