"This facility was in the worst condition of anyplace I’ve ever stayed. It had a bed with one sheet and a comforter, stained; it had a few old towels, also stained. The room was barely habitable. The hallways, elevator, stairwell were absolutely atrocious, like a crack house. Both mornings my key card had to be reset. The outer door was locked in the mornings with no key card mechanism, so had to wait indefinitely for a manager to let me in or another guest to come out. The smoke detector in the room had been dismantled. The handicap space in the lot was occupied by an unregistered used car. There was no coffee. There was no place to sit, in the room or lobby, that wasn’t dirty. The spectrum of odors throughout the place ranged from unpleasant to foul. Overall: deplorable, dilapidated. "
"Room wasn’t up to par- hair in shower, on floor- rusty fixtures. Breakfast was good…pool out of service although website stated in service. Morning clerk “nice-nasty”. We couldn’t find the iron, so I called front desk & in true southern fashion, I respond with yes sir/no sir being that the voice was heavy. Well that offended the young lady who answered the phone who proceeded to talk to someone beside her stating that “ugh, I don’t know why these people keep calling me sir”. I stated that I’m still on the phone. She responded by saying she was sending a housekeeper up. "
"The hotel was nice .
The guest service person at the front desk took forever to get us checked into our room 108, which was paid for in full .
He was not friendly . "
"We arrived after a long drive to only have a staff member go "we are booked tonight; if you have a reservation we will give you a refund" and that was it. They didn't.take down my name or looked at my reservation. At least they could have sent a message saying it was booked out
Honestly after seeing the prior reviews and how basically the same thing is happening with others this is a management problem and whoever they are putting at the front desk has no business being there.
Thankfully I got at least credit back on here though the hotel should refund me.
More thankful because given how the area looked with shady people all around and how it smelled like drugs the hotel I am kinda glad I didn't stay there. "
