"We arrived late on Friday evening after traveling for several hours. Learned elevator was out upon arrival, assumed it was something they were working on until another guest helped us to our room on the 3rd floor, and said the elevator had been out all week. The next morning on our way down the steps we noticed the 3rd floor landing and steps had about a 1 to 1 1/2 inch height gap that could easily present a safety fall risk. My mother has had 2 knee replacements and I have bad knees myself. We never imagined that we would have to climb 3 flights of steps during the duration of our stay. On Saturday morning my son begged to get in the pool and it was very murky like they had made no effort to clean it. On Saturday evening the pool was closed because it was so gross. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"We passed on breakfast, as it didnt look fresh. Husband said the coffee was horrible and threw it out. It was ok for 1 night. To be fair the receptionist was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, bed was fine. I'd give it a B+ especially for the price."

"I made this reservation last minute but, found a hotel fast and reserved one of the empty rooms for us. Very clean property. It actually seems good when you walked in. Will stay again when needed. "

"Staff is very friendly. Room was clean and updated. Love that they have laundry facilities. Very accommodating on letting us stay later than checkout since we had later flight. Breakfast was okay ,that is my only okay everything else was great. "

"Dont know if it a drop on atandards for the Hampton brand or just this particular hotel, but this was a huge disappointment. The overall quality of this stay was no higher than the lowest hotel grade available. No extra toilet paper, no floor towel or other floor covering in the bathroom. Our feet were cold. Very plain and a "cold" atmosphere throughout. Not warm and inviting. Breakfast was unimaginative and featured old and broken appliances. Just a spartan, non-inviting place to stay. Staff were warm and friendly which we appreciated."
