Great location, central to everything! The room was huge and comfortable with an amazing view from the 10th floor. 2 complimentary bottles of water was provided. The bed was hard and not so comfy. I like the night light with ubs charge ports by the bed. The shower made a loud vibrating noise when turning on the water, it sounded like the pipes were gonna pop out the wall; water pressure and hot water was good though. You had to flush the toilet 2x to get anything down. Shampoo is provided but not conditioner. Body wash is provided but no hand soap. There's no face towel or wash cloth, just 2 stiff harsh towels. Couldn't change the audio on the TV to English. The staff was professional and helpful. It's not a 5 ⭐️ but it's budget friendly, safe and conveniently located. I'd recommend this hotel.

Divine stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The included breakfast each day was AMAZING. Staff were so courteous and kind. Restaurant upstairs was fantastic as well! Water bottles provided. Soaps and shampoo/conditioner smelled amazing. 7 min walk from the historic center. Could not recommend more

I will openly admit I chose this hotel purely based on its location, and for the fact that it was in James Bond’s Spectre. It was my first time in Mexico City so I wanted a hotel that was in the historical centre. I literally cannot say enough about the hotel. The room was beautiful (I had a junior suite) overlooking the Zocalo—clean, comfy bed, nice bath amenities, etc. The hotel itself is an icon from another era, with one of four of the largest glass ceilings in the world—absolutely stunning. The rooftop restaurant has spectacular views and a lovely buffet breakfast. However, the most memorable part? The staff. Right from the moment I walked in, I had never felt so at home. Adrian checked me in and was so helpful in booking a tour and offering any help to make my stay the best. Mario, Miguel, and Alejandro were always at the front door ensuring I had my rides in the old elevator (it’s beautiful), and Miguel even walked me 10 minutes to my taxi pick up one morning when the streets were blocked off. It was truly a pleasure to have stayed at this icon of a hotel in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our room with 2 double beds had a tiny window so we upgraded to a room with a king size bed and 2 small balconies (extra charge) - spotless, full of light and airy. We appreciated the fridge on each floor with free water bottles and the endless supply of macintosh apples; the breakfast menu was ok - the great surprise was there was also a dinner menu included! It was minimal but very good! The staff was very helpful, attentive and responsive, we loved staying there!
