"I DID NOT EVEN KNOW THAT EXIXTS A POOL. THE RESIDENCE IS ANOTHER NAME WHICH MISLEADS PEOPLE. I WAS 5 HOURS LOOKING FOR THE PLACE. IT IS IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. NOTHING AROUND. PEOPLE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE DO NOT ANYTHING. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET INFORMATION OR DIRECTIONS. SO, I WAS LIKE BEING IN A PRISON. THIS IS NOT MAGIC SUITE ALSHAEB, IT IS LA RESIDENCE. "The service in this hotel is top notch from the service desk to the restaurant staff on the 18 th floor. The hotel is situated in Hawally which is heavily populated area and also busy. The rooms are big, clean a f have daily service & house cleaning with a daily free bottle of water.
