竹野屋旅館、とても満足のいく滞在でした。

館内、お風呂、お部屋と全て快適で、スタッフの方も親切でした。滞在時間が短かったのだけが心残りです。大社まで歩いてすぐなので、早朝参拝も楽に出来ました。

Excellect services,. They also offer kaiseki-ryōri which is a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner, and room is super clean and brand new. The ryokan is right next the Izumo-taisha. I definitly book it again for my next visit.

自分の勘違いだった、参拝の為の宿で決して観光旅館では無い。 参拝のための宿としては、立地　歴史　料理などは十分であり、巷の旅館サービスなどとは目的が違い混同しないようにしなければならない。

出雲大社の門前、リニューアルした老舗旅館

外装は老舗旅館の風格を残し、客室内サニタリー等はすべて最新設備にリニューアルされた素晴らしい名旅館でした。 お食事も…朝夕共にお味、量、地産などを踏まえた名プロデュースだと思いました。

夕食も朝食も、凝った造りと、品のある優しい味付けで大変おいしく頂きました。従業員の方の接客態度も問題ありません。唯一、敷き布団が少し硬かったので、腰が痛くなりました。普通の方は問題ないと思いますが、腰が悪く、普段から腰痛専用のマットレス（西川のエアー）を使っているのでそう感じたのかも知れません。

お部屋のフェイスタオルは手拭いではなく、しっかりしたタオルを置いて欲しい お部屋の仲居さんが しつこく浴衣のサイズを確認していたが 部屋に用意されているものは違うサイズだった 古い歴史のある宿ですが 水回りなどはリニューアルされていて快適です

The stay was fantastic-- the only thing is, since Izumo is famous for watching the sunset so it could be good to see how to match that with the dinner time at the hotel-- btw the dinner at the hotel was simply superb.

大社目の前なので　朝一からの参拝にもいけましたし、すごく 楽でした。趣のある旅館でした。まわりにもっと食事ができる場所があると思っていたので　今度来るときは　食事付きにします＾＾

女子ひとり旅に良いかも

出雲大社からのアクセスがよく、一人でゆっくり旅が出来ました。お料理も美味しくてすばらしかったです。ディナーでの山下達郎ソングが余計でしたが。 お風呂も綺麗です、ただ、露天風呂があるとさらにいいですね～。

良いお宿でした

ロビーが畳でびっくりしましたがとても趣があって良かったです。お食事は夕食が次から次へ出てきて味も量も満足でした。 朝食も美味しくて食べきれないほどでした。

ご飯が美味しい

朝夕のご飯はとても美味しくあったかい物は温かく量も給仕する方も丁寧でとても快適だった。 旅館の古くて重厚な外観と内装がアンバランスで客室は新しかったがかなり期待はずれで隣の部屋の音が筒抜けだったのが残念だった。

一人旅

着いた時の案内は丁寧でよかった。 夕食時の給仕に人数が少ないように思えた。 和室ですが、ベッドを用意すると夕食時の布団を敷く手間が省けるので、給仕をふやせるのでは 和室にも合うベッドもあると思うので チェックアウト後の荷物を預かってくれたのは非常に助かった。

素敵な旅館

夜遅く到着しましたが、快く親切な対応をしてくださいました。改装されたばかりのようで客室もお風呂もとても綺麗でした！アメニティは客室にも、お風呂にも完備されていて良かったです。朝食も出雲大社にちなんだもので美味しかったです。また出雲に行く際には必ず竹野屋旅館さんを選びたいと思います。
