"Onsen is really good and location is best"

"Professional staff. Everything looked clean. Outside garden area looked nice. Rooms were okay. Hard bed. Thin walls. Hallway and rooms had a slightly damp or mildew type smell to them. Different options for food. Unfortunately they didn’t really work for us and we didn’t love dinner or the breakfast buffet and it was expensive for what it was for us (clean eaters) but it looked like many other people were enjoying both. We wouldn’t stay here again but it is a good hotel and handy location"

"Clean rooms, modern, comfortable bed, convenience store on the first floor, convenient laundry facility. Not convenience location, Uber to train station was between 1100yen to 1800yen one way, they have limited hours on free bus to train station and Disney resorts. For families doing only Disney it was perfect, for families trying to go to Tokyo, Yokohama, Kamakura... It wasn't. We had two fire scares in just one week, tried to get info and the staff didn't want to talk English or gave us info on when was safe to go back to ours room. "

"We were placed in a smoking area again. Narita’s Toyoko Inn’s room is smaller than the one we had in Osaka. I will visit again since it is overall clean and their breakfast buffet is great. I’ll just be specific next time to make sure we get the non-smoking. I wonder if the new extension in Narita is bigger"

"Beds were extremely firm - like sleeping on the floor. It doesn’t matter if the rooms are larger if the beds are not comfortable. In addition, the beds were pushed so close to the wall that you have to climb over another bed to get into your bed (room with three beds). I don’t recommend this hotel for that reason. I also felt that this hotel was overpriced. "

"Clean rooms. Staff were nice. Good area near a train station. A few convenience stores around and a mall connected to the hotel. "

"My rooms curtains were dusty but overall the room was clean and in decent condition. We couldn’t get our AC to work for the week we were there but the window could open so we slept with the window open. The breakfast was delicious and clean and helped us start the day. It was very convenient to have the family mart in the hotel as well. Great travel hotel!"

"If you want to check in early, you need to tell the front desk reception that you are willing to pay otherwise they will tell you that there is no room available. I landed early so I needed to check in at 8am to rest before I head out due to a non restful flight. JPY10,000 was the "early" fee."
