"Tough one. Nice enough with excellent staff, but the room was tired and housekeeping was knocking on the door before 9am on Sunday. Then no service. Really, however, the spa / gym all had an extra cost and the pool as advertised was closed for winter. It certainly looked like I could swim as per the advertisement. "
