Experience was mainly positive with a few points. Room could do with a sofa clean, many marks on it. Could do with a couple of touch ups. Breakfast was very local, I did struggle. Staff excellent. Everything was great but as big hotels usually go, a bit sterile. Don't get me wrong, it's a great hotel but I prefer small ones preferably run by owners.
