"Dont know how it is rated 5 stars, no bill boy to carry bags for old people, not very good understanding of English, we had to beg for facial tissues the hotel is great as a building , nice location and view but staff are poor breakfast not up to expectations"

"I hoped to gave them 5 stars but they disappointed me I have been in uzungol for a full day trip when I returned to my room I found it same as I left it I talked to the staff they said "sorry" I told them sorry is not enough...the problem wasn't solved and they didn't cleaning anything"
