Front office staff not friendly. Check out section was closed and there was not a sign redirecting us. The halls were noisy at night and no one monitored that. Rooms were pretty clean. Walls in tower 6 are extremely thin we had to switch rooms after our first night, could have been bad neighbours but the staff were fantastic about it. Tower 5 was LOVELY.
