Fiesta Inn Cuernavaca
Solid one night stay, friendly staff, copious breakfast buffet. Property is literally right on the busy 95 highway and the pool area is loud because of this.

If you're a light sleeper, I don't recommend staying here- dogs barking & motorcycles. The road to the property is unacceptable imho. The "cabins" are pretty small (unless you're a solo-traveler).
