Our stay was exceptional. From the moment you arrive at the property, the guest services are ready to assist you. Even when you're half delirious from 12-hour flight. A lot of the staff speaks English and they're very interested in assisting you. Our room was beautiful and nightly turndown service was a nice touch. We ordered room service one night while we were in town due to a rainstorm that kept us indoors and that was a really unexpected nice experience as well. They bring a whole table set up with chairs and everything. I use the onsen while I was there and that was a relaxing experience as well. The restaurants on site were really nice as well. However, we did have some challenges with booking just because we made reservations at the last minute. And the gardens are beautiful as well. We walked several times during our stay. However, keep in mind you should probably use bug repellent, especially during the summer months when we traveled

The English-speaking staff was very helpful and accommodating while the room was very comfortable. While being spacious and cozy, smart space saving elements made the room feel almost like an apt which gave us a safe and comfortable space to rest and unwind at the end of the day. The rooftop garden was amazing, especially the the organic grass floor. We look forward to staying at this property again so that we can try out the café downstairs that we missed!
Also, loved the fact that staff came to clean and make the room without having to request!
