"The water pressure is so high that the entire bathroom and hotel room fills with steam. This leads to mold and water damage to surfaces. The hotel then uses too much disinfectant to clean it up. The room always smelled bad. Reduce the water pressure and you may solve your problem."

"The hallways smelled like fried food restaurant. The bed was very lumpy. The couch had rips in it. The oven door did not close fully. The dishwasher was missing the bottom rack. The hotel laundry machines were broke and had to wait 2-1/2 hours for new towels."
